In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Mariah Carey says she can't be called a diva because she returned to the crowd to greet Rihanna at her Tuesday, Dec. 17 show in Brooklyn.

After spotting Rihanna in the crowd at the final stop on her Christmas Time Tour, Mariah Carey walked over to the singer and gave her an autograph she'll never forget.

As seen in this video, Rihanna was at the show when she got Carey’s attention and got her signature in red Sharpie on her left breast. As Carey signed, Rihanna said, “Wow, this is iconic.” She then grabbed the mic and told the audience, “Mariah Carey is signing my tit, y’all.”
