Tropical Storm Sara continues to slowly move over Central America, bringing torrential rain that has led to catastrophic and deadly flooding and destroyed numerous homes and businesses.

Tropical Storm Sara is dumping heavy rains over portions of Belize and Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, as it continues tracking west, the National Hurricane Center said.

Sara will weaken as it moves inland over the Yucatan Peninsula. Remnant tropical moisture may move into the Gulf of Mexico.
