Dancing on Ice has confirmed the first celebrity taking part in the 2025 series. Reality TV personality Ferne McCann is the first of 12 contestants lacing up their shoes for the ITV competition show, which will return early next year.

First up in the class of 2025 is Ferne McCann, who made a name for herself appearing on The Only Way Is Essex before featuring in multiple reality shows, including her own docuseries on ITVBe. "I'm so excited," she told Good Morning Britain. "It's going to be a huge challenge but I'm excited for the glitz and glamour of the show."

ITV has started to reveal the celebrities who have joined the Dancing On Ice 2025 line-up. Today, the first star announced for the show was Towie legend Ferne McCann, 34, followed by The Traitors star Mollie Pearce, 22, Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, 62, and Coronation Street star Sam Aston, 30.
